These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Henn House BBQ website, forms, online ordering, and SMS messaging program operated by Henn House BBQ ("we," "us").

SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM TERMS

Program description: Henn House BBQ sends text messages to customers who opt in through one of our website forms. We may send transactional messages (event, order, and pickup updates) and, if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages (specials, rib pickup nights, new sauces).

Sender: Henn House BBQ
Message frequency: Varies. Typically fewer than 6 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Help: Reply HELP or email phil@hennhousebbq.com.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message use cases: appointment and quote follow-ups, catering and event scheduling, deposit and invoice reminders, pickup-ready notifications, order confirmations, and (with separate opt-in) occasional marketing about specials, rib pickup nights, and new sauces.

Age restriction: Our SMS program and this site are intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in or using the site you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive marketing SMS is not required to make a purchase or submit an inquiry. By opting in, you confirm the phone number you provided is your own. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle SMS opt-in data (we do not share it with third parties for marketing).

USE OF SITE

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site at any time. All content is owned by Henn House BBQ unless otherwise noted.

ORDERS, CATERING, AND REFUNDS

Catering and pre-order details (menus, pricing, deposits, refund policies) are confirmed in a separate written estimate or invoice provided by Henn House BBQ. Those documents control over any conflicting language on the website.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Henn House BBQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or our services.
